1- The Courses will be reopened from Tuesday, March 15, 2011 (they will end on June 23, 2011)
2- The schedule of the lectures will be changed as follows:
4:00 – 5:45 ——› 4:00 – 5:30
6:00 – 7:45 ——› 5:40 – 7:10
3- Due to the current security conditions, we ask you to carefully consider whether you will continue in your Course or not. You can come to the first lecture as a trial and then decide.
4- If you decide to discontinue your Course this term, you can still take it next term. In this case, we will allow the fees you paid for this term’s Course to be transferred as fees for the next term’s Course on the condition that you attend the same Course level.
5- If you wish to postpone a Course till the next term, you should either inform the receptionists by telephone, or inform one of the Japanese Language Teachers directly of this decision before Thursday March 24, 2011.
If you do not inform us of your decision to postpone before the due date, your fees will not be transferred to next term’s Course, and cannot be refunded.
